Santé Autoship – PREFERRED CUSTOMER
Terms of Agreement
*Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for processing.
You buy products at Preferred Customer’s Price and receive information on new innovations and programs as long as you remain an active Preferred Customer with an AutoShip. Santé International will automatically bill the credit card that you have on file every month in your anniversary month. Minimum Autoship Product Order one thousand pesos (Php 1,000) every month. All information is kept strictly confidential. Please note that we cannot process your order if our records indicate that your credit card has expired.
Terms of Agreement:
1. I am not an employee, representative, or agent of Santé International.
2. This Autoship Agreement shall be effective from the date of Autoship enrollment online.
3. I will observe the highest standard of integrity, honesty and responsibility when dealing with others.
4. I understand that I may terminate this agreement at any time via written notice to Santé International Home Office/Global Headquarters. If I should act contrary to the best interests of Santé International (as determined by Santé), the company reserves the right to terminate this agreement via notice in writing, sent to the address last known to the company.
5. The Santé International AutoShip - If I am enrolling as a Preferred Customer, I agree to purchase products totaling at least one thousand pesos (P1,000) every month to be entitled to the discounted product price. I also agree to pay any and all applicable freight charges and local taxes.
6. Upon enrollment in Sante’s Preferred Customer-Autoship, I have chosen to pick-up or authorize Santé International to ship the order designated in this Agreement for any calendar month in which my product orders do not equal or exceed the point total designated by AutoShip Amount.
7. Santé International is under no obligation to process and/or ship any products if the authorized accounts have been overdrawn or closed. Autoship orders sent for pick-up or are shipped three (3) to five (5) working days from the chosen autoship processing date of each month.
8. In the event that there is an out-of-stock of the selected product or products for Autoship, I authorize Santé International to send the same product or products upon its availability.
9. Payment Authorization - I authorize Santé International to withdraw payment for orders I place directly and for my AutoShip from my credit card. After my account has been charged by my financial institution, I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal immediately deposited to my account by my financial institution up to 15 days following issuance of my bank statement or 45 days after posting. I will hold Sante International harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account.
